Orders for StarMark Health products that are in stock are shipped to continental U.S. locations directly from inventory. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and delivery rates determined by our carrier. In-stock products are normally delivered within 5-7 business days; contact us at 888-852-3350 if expedited shipping is required. Please note that our standard carriers are unable to deliver to post office boxes, so a physical street address is required.* We do not accept international orders through our website at this time.
*If a P.O. BOX, APO, A.E. or FPO address is your only shipping option, then your order can only be shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS). USPS delivery generally takes longer, so please factor that into your estimated delivery time.
California residents’ orders include current state-mandated sales tax rates.
All StarMark Health products have a 30-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked. To process a return to StarMark Health, you must first call us at 888-852-3350 and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you’ve received your RMA number, simply send back the original container, along with your receipt, within 30 days of the purchase date. NOTE: You must clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping package; we cannot accept packages without an RMA number clearly marked. You will be responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend requesting the carrier’s tracking number for returns; we will not be held responsible for packages lost by the shipping carrier. Refunds are issued based on the original payment method we have on file.

StarMark offers the convenience of recurring purchases on this site. Our recurring purchase options include 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month allotments, and the customer’s credit card on file is billed automatically when the shipment is prepared.
The customer will receive the predetermined supplement allotment as scheduled until the individual contacts us to cancel. The original payment method that was provided for the initial order will be billed automatically. NOTE: If emailing, your recurring purchase will not be officially canceled until you receive an emailed confirmation.
